About Our Team We specialize in delivering seamless staffing solutions for top-notch offshore developers – covering everything from recruitment and payroll to compliance – allowing our clients to focus on what they do best: building world-class software. The team is growing rapidly worldwide, with employees located in Eastern European countries and Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Uruguay). We continue scaling remote software development teams for more than 30 US-based enterprises and start-ups. Job Overview We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented talent acquisition specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top tech talent across Europe and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and requirements Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process Work closely with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reports Stay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAM Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
