- Oversee local supply activities, coordinate the process and support with the contract management with the areas- Execute manual payment of taxes and other fees to meet legal deadlines and reduce financial and reputational risks for the business
- Coordinates tendering and quotation processes when applicable
- Support with the development of supply assessments
- Monitor strategic raw materials: inventory levels, purchasing performance against market and back-office processes
- Support with energy portfolio back-office activities
- Responsible for initiates the request for non-traded contract process, develops and maintains the information and obtains approval and attaches supportive contractual documents and requirements
- Reviews and actions queries from vendors with regards to invoices or payments
- Submits Service Master Form in compliance with the Master Data Design documents and provides necessary supporting documentation
- Reviews approved or released purchase requisitions for non-traded goods or services and raises Purchase Orders in accordance with approved procurement processes
- Performs the key tasks associated with establishing or amending a system contract for the procurement of goods and/or services
- Requests the creation of service entry sheets, verifies payment completion and archive files paid invoices and supporting documentation
- Monitors, both manually and automatically created, invoices and performs the associated tasks as required
- Performs cleaning and reconciliation of Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) from vendors
QUALIFICATIONS- MS Office required, SAP environment.
- Ability to confer with others to reach resolution. Ability to explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
- Understanding of Project Supply Chain Management.
- Understanding of Production Supply Chain Management.
- General knowledge of accounting principles and methods in relation to purchasing.
- Understanding of required contract terms, risks and benefits of variation of contract type and terms.
