Procurement and Contracts Expertise Sought

We are in need of a skilled procurement expert to manage administrative-financial activities, including cost control, invoice payment monitoring, and purchase requisition control.

The selected candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide commercial advice to stakeholders, including business originators, requisitions, receptors, accounts payable, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase order activities to support business purchasing requirements.
  • Process transactions and workflows, ensuring top-quartile performance levels.
  • Continuously improve processes and act as primary contact for issues related to legal entities transacting in the ERP.
  • Resolve issues with requisitioners, procurement staff, vendors, tax, and finance teams.
  • Provide commercial advice to stakeholders in line with guidelines and category management process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' work experience as a procurement analyst.
  • Knowledge in SAP's purchase requisitions-related modules.
  • Proven work experience with sourcing process.
  • Knowledge in purchasing process and fluent English.
