**Essential Job Functions**- Initiate and maintain technical and logístical follow-ups with national and international suppliers from PO issuance to freight forwarder receipt;- Control timelines and status in the IFS system, ensuring visibility and traceability of order stages;- Validate Commercial Invoice, Packing List, photos, fumigation, etc;- Request freight pick-up and coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers to ensure fiscal and documentation compliance;- Resolve OSND issues or inconsistencies among PO, CIPL, and MR;- Participate in meetings and alignments with suppliers, clients and other internal departments;- Prepare performance reports and indicators for assigned POs and Projects.**Other Skills & Abilities**- Knowledge of customs processes, export documentation, and regulatory requirements;- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);- Intermediate to advanced English for communication and document reading;- Proactive, organized, with a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.**Education And Experience**- We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business, Administration;- Proven experience in international expediting, supply chain, or import logistics.
