  • Experiência comprovada com HubSpot (marketing e CRM);
  • Conhecimento sólido em métricas de marketing digital, funil de vendas e geração de demanda B2B;
  • Experiência com dashboards e análise de dados (Power BI, Looker ou equivalentes);
  • Vivência em marketing B2B, preferencialmente em agências ou empresas de tecnologia/serviços;
  • Conhecimento em mídia paga (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) será considerado diferencial;
  • Experiência em organização de eventos corporativos será considerado diferencial;
  • Experiência em gestão de brindes, kits e ativações será considerado diferencial;
  • Estruturar, acompanhar e otimizar dashboards de performance e métricas de geração de demanda;
  • Operar e evoluir processos dentro do HubSpot (automação de marketing, CRM, nutrição e scoring de leads);
  • Trabalhar em sinergia com Vendas para qualificação e passagem de oportunidades;
  • Mapear, testar e implementar novas alavancas de crescimento (mídia paga, eventos, ações de relacionamento, parcerias, etc.);
  • Apoiar na gestão e execução de eventos e ativações de marca, desde planejamento até mensuração de resultados;
  • Apoiar na produção e controle de brindes e materiais promocionais;
  • Monitorar e analisar tendências de mercado B2B, trazendo insights para fortalecer a estratégia de growth;
  • Criar hipóteses e experimentos de otimização de funil (A/B tests, cadências, landing pages, automações, etc.);Garantir integração de dados e consistência entre as diferentes ferramentas de marketing e vendas.
