Estamos à procura de um Analista de Growth and Revenue (Trade Marketing) muito enérgico e inovador

**O que você irá fazer**:

- Trabalhar próximo aos Key Account Managers da Indústria e dos varejistas parceiros da Rappi (desenvolvendo projetos estratégicos e campanhas, organizando agenda de reuniões com parceiros estratégicos);
- Desenvolver campanhas promocionais para dentro dos parceiros, envolvendo todas as verticais do business (criação de calendário, captação de recursos, estruturação da comunicação e mensuração de resultados)
- Compreender e apoiar a rotina de outras áreas (operações, retail, brands) para entender o impacto 360º das ações do dia a dia
- Interface com time de brands das indústrias para captar descontos e investimentos no varejista parceiro.
- Ser a ponte da cidade com o time de Growth para entender processos, destravar possíveis impedimentos no processo e atuar com foco na captação de recursos
- Desenvolver ações online de relacionamento com grupos estratégicos a fim de promover o produto dentro do APP.

**O que esperamos de você**:

- Inglês e/ou Espanhol avançado/fluente (desejável)
- Experiência com Marketing off-line e online: plano de marca/trade/eventos
- Resiliência, comunicação, flexibilidade, colaboração, organização e/ou planejamento
- Pensamento criativo, capacidade para resolver problemas
- Visão estratégica para o business
- Capacidade analítica para apresentar propostas com base em dados e traduzir informações internas de growth para o time local
- Experiência em startup será um plus.
