As a Compensations & Benefits Analyst at BairesDev, you will analyze compensation structures, evaluate benefits programs, and support the development of competitive reward strategies. You'll conduct market research, maintain salary benchmarks, and collaborate with HR teams to ensure our compensation packages attract and retain top talent while aligning with organizational goals.
What You'll Do- Conduct compensation analysis and market research to ensure competitive positioning.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits programs and policies.
- Maintain salary structures, job classifications, and compensation benchmarks.
- Prepare reports on compensation trends, market data, and program effectiveness.
- Support annual compensation reviews and salary planning processes.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement reward strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, or HR analytics.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, market research methodologies, and benefits design.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software.
- Understanding of employment regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced level of English.
