Requisitos: experiência mínima de 6 anos como Analista Financeiro de TI; Inglês Avançado; Modalidade PJ - Trabalho híbrido; Fortes habilidades de comunicação e de gestão de stakeholders; Pensamento estratégico aliado a uma mentalidade voltada para a resolução de problemas; Altamente organizado, com atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas prioridades; Proatividade e automotivação. Localização: Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brasil. Responsibilities Gather data, organize information, analyze historical results, make forecasts and projections, make recommendations, and generate Excel models, presentations, and reports. Support the area plan and work closely with the accounting/S&F team and Budget managers to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support multiple initiatives, frameworks and processes that require contribution from this role. Support financial forecasting, reporting (dashboards) and operational metrics tracking. Manage, track and analyze financial data on a daily or regular basis: SAP raw data, Excel budget sheets, purchase orders, SOWs. Manage and maintain accruals, reclasses & prepaids; report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Support the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Analyze trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization. Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts. Develop automated reporting/forecasting tools; create standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. Create forecasts and models; support capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends. Qualifications 6+ years of experience as IT Financial Analyst (Analista Financeiro de TI). Advanced English proficiency. Ability to work in PJ modality with hybrid work arrangement. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking with problem-solving orientation. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
