The role of the Trade Marketing Associate Manager offers you the opportunity to devise and implement the trade plan for our ACUVUE brand. Your primary objective will be to address customer requirements, develop joint business plans (JBPs), foster category development, and gain shopper insights. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out a trade marketing strategy to drive the growth of J&J customers.
This opportunity stands out as it offers the chance to fully unlock the category's potential and extend our reach by working closely with retail partners. Your active contribution will involve developing and implementing promotional and trade communication strategies. Additionally, you will have a key role in managing trade spend, conducting business analysis, making projections, and providing category demand estimations for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of successfully implementing trade marketing strategies. You will work closely with external vendors such as GfK and agencies, as well as internal teams including Sales, LATAM Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Finance, and others. Your ability to collaborate effectively and ensure flawless execution of activities will be key to your success.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement the trade plan for ACUVUE, focusing on customer needs, JBPs, category development, and shopper insight
- Collaborate with the sales team and retail partners to unlock the full potential of the category and drive expansion
- Develop and implement promotional and trade communication strategies
- Manage trade spend and provide business analysis and projections
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning process by providing category demand estimations
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of activities

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of trade marketing management experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to determine data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Proven experience leading teams
- Safe Fleet requirements:
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
