The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and ( comfort zone ) for skincare. Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute. The Group became a B corp in 2016, and today has 8 offices, operates in 90 countries, and employs around 900 collaborators globally. Since 2019, both the Italian and US subsidiaries have been Benefit Corporations.

JOB MISSION

The mission of this role will be to support sales with effective and valuable trade marketing initiatives that lay the ground for the sales force activities, maximize sales, grow the salons business, increase the end-clients' satisfaction and elevate the brand image and sustainability.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support execution and follow-up of the Local Master Plan and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and contribute to strategic tool development.
  • Assist in setting local prices and maintaining price lists.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, product mix, sales data, and perform ad hoc market analyses.

Trade Marketing & Promotions

  • Develop and adapt local sales and promotional tools.
  • Support incentive programs and manage promotional budgets.
  • Ensure consistency with global templates and support local initiatives.
  • Support communication plan development and execution.
  • Monitor social media, PR activities, and assist with agency coordination and website updates.
  • Local E-commerce & E-retailers support.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and launch planning (tools, promos, prospecting kits).
  • Sell-in & sell-out, product mix and ad hoc performance analysis.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare reports and track performance across relevant areas of responsibility.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of beauty industry (professional haircare market)
  • Problem solving and "make things happen" ability
  • Ability to think critically, creatively and to quickly react to environmental changes
  • Team player
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships (strong interpersonal skills)
  • Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
  • Time Management, Project Management, Budget Management
  • Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
  • Passionate about Sustainability
  • Available to travel frequently within assigned LATAM countries
  • Full proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is must
