**About the Role**
As a **Speech Language Pathologist** and as part of our multidisciplinary team & therapeutic hub you shall provide specialized assessments & interventions to our service users utilizing adequate SLP strategies ensuring a good quality of practice and standards are reached and maintained. This includes undertaking comprehensive assessments & providing therapeutic package to our service users through individual and group sessions.
**What you'll be doing**
- **Clinical Duties**: Delivery of Speech & language Pathology within programme, including the management of caseload of clients with complex needs utilizing the required specialist skills. Monitoring, evaluating, and modifying the treatment, measuring progress and ensuring effectiveness throughout the intervention.
- **Communication**: Establish & maintain communication networks with other staff members, clients, carers & other health workers & agencies.
- **Documentation**: Providing specialist reports related to Speech & Language Pathology of all service users, ensuring a professional and up to date records and data are maintained throughout.
- **Training**: Contribute towards the induction and training of students and staff members (internal & external) as required, providing specialist advise as necessary. Take responsibility for the supervision & written assessments of students ongoing a placement at Inspire.
- **Service Development & Delivery**: Assist in the operational planning and execution of policy and service development.
- **Research & Practice Development**: Participate in research and audit projects related to Speech & Language Pathology and share findings locally to support evidence-based practice.
**What we're looking for**
A skilled, committed, and proactive professional dedicated to implementing effective developmental strategies for all our service users to join our STEP Early Intervention Programme (ages 3-5 years) as a Speech Language Pathologist on a full-time basis.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- A degree qualification of a minimum MQF Level 6 in Speech Language Pathology or relevant.
- Previous experience in a relevant field will be considered as an asset.
- High proficiency in English language (C1 Level) is mandatory.
