What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the development and optimization of key customer journeys across the Business Credit Card
  • Create and optimize marketing materials and campaigns for product launches and customer education
  • Collaborate with teams across Credit Card and Marketing to align strategies and execution
  • Utilize customer insights and data for journey mapping and content strategy
  • Manage end-to-end development and promotion of complex products, resolving operational issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; higher education such as a Master\'s or PhD is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of product management, marketing, and business objectives
  • Proven ability to assess and manage risks in business activities
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in product delivery
