We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to join our LATAM team asDirector, Business Excellence - LATAM . What You’ll Do Act as a strategic advisor to the LATAM Leadership Team, supporting the deployment of excellence initiatives across Business Units and Functions. Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Drive alignment of strategic plans through cascading KPIs and visual management tools. Champion a culture of excellence, coaching teams and leaders to embed best practices in business operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent execution of excellence initiatives across commercial and support functions. Support the leadership team in deploying of strategic plans, ensuring alignment through cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) top-down and bottom-up. Support the Senior Vice-President & General Manager – LATAM Leadership Team in driving key initiatives through Excellence, including revenue growth, Gross Profit Improvement and Operational Profit. What We’re Looking For University degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent) is required MBA or equivalent business experience preferred Proven experience Sales and Marketing Leadership roles, or process optimization within a matrix organization. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across diverse teams. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Experience working with senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives. Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
