Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor financial indicators, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide critical insights to executive leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost allocation, international billing, and intercompany transactions while ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Contribute to audits, investor discussions, and cross-functional initiatives to drive transparency and business sustainability in a dynamic and growing organization.
Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in controllership, with hands-on experience in accounting processes including cost allocation, revenue recognition, billing, and international transactions.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and investment analysis (SDMA approach is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive, complex, and high-impact financial information.
  • Advanced technical skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI development to guide strategic decisions.
  • Experience in supporting audits, due diligence, and investor relations by ensuring the reliability of financial data.
  • High proficiency in ERP financial modules and BI/reporting tools, capable of generating insights and driving automation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, balancing analytical depth with transparent and secure communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Management (MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus).
  • Solid experience in controllership, accounting, or financial operations, preferably within complex business environments (technology industry experience is a differential).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present sensitive and critical financial information clearly and securely.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
