Descrição AtividadesGerenciar a contabilidade das empresas internacionais, assegurando adequação às normas IFRS;Realizar a consolidação e o reporte dos fechamentos contábeis, analisando resultados e facilitando as explicações entre Contabilidade/Fiscal e FP&A;Garantir a aplicação das melhores práticas contábeis, considerando as normas vigentes e os objetivos da companhia;Garantir conformidade em auditorias e controles internos, com processos e políticas formalizados em linha com as normas contábeis e a legislação aplicável;Liderar melhorias em processos, procedimentos e sistemas, buscando oportunidades que impactem positivamente nos resultados da companhia.Conhecimento e experiências:Experiência em consolidação de resultados conforme normas IFRS e USGAAP;Vivência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e demonstrações financeiras de acordo com IFRS e USGAAP;Perfil hands-on, com habilidades analíticas e organizacionais;Visão de negócio, com capacidade de identificar e avaliar rapidamente mudanças no ambiente de negócios que gerem impactos contábeis/financeiros, além de propor e implementar soluções.O que precisamos que você conheça:Normas contábeis brasileiras e internacionais (USGAAP e IFRS);Legislações contábeis e fiscais brasileiras;Transfer Price (TP);Conhecimento com ERP e Excel em nível intermediário/avançado;Inglês avançado.
