**Accounting Manager****Accounting Manager at Givaudan - Your next career step?**As an **Accounting Manager**, working within our **Finance** area in São Paulo (Zona Oeste), you'll report to the **Sr. Finance Director** and will provide regulatory support to internal and external customers to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.**As part of Givaudan, you'll work on**:**Financial Accounting**- Manage month-end accounting and group reporting process;- Prepare and file statutory accounts annually;- Verify that account reconciliations are following good practice and related Internal Control requirements, observing the control matrix defined by the Group (ICON);- Support SSC in monthly analysis and cleansing of accounts;- Review and validate the accuracy of financial statements;**Tasks related to Taxes**- Ensure computation of Corporate Taxes and filing of respective tax returns;- Provide periodic Tax reporting to the Group, including actual and forecasted Tax amounts;- Be a focal point for any tax investigation/audit;**Managing**- Guidance to local heads, and controllers in all accounting and finance matters;- Support SSC in any troubleshooting related to local regulations;- Partner with SSC for any troubleshooting related to the PtP/RtR/DtC processes;- Coordinate and Plan internal and external audits;- Manage the Financial Accounting team;**We're looking for**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting;- Active CRC is required;- 7+ years of experience in Accounting or relevant areas;- 5+ years in a leadership role;- Advanced English- SAP experience is desirable;Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers, and partners.
