Email marketing – design, iterate, and optimise flows and automations. Newsletter production and performance optimisation. Own digital advertising efforts on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and measuring impact. Create clever case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Conduct research on new tech, trends, and channels; test initiatives in one city and scale to other destinations. Qualifications Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented with a creative eye for copy and opportunities. Strong data/automation mindset, able to optimise email flows and drive results over time. Fast mover with a drive to grow the business and oneself; excellent execution skills. Collaborative and able to work directly with the founder remotely; comfortable with minimal internal meetings and Slack communication. Preference for a background in growth marketing, marketing and sales; experience with B2C/B2B and digital advertising. Contract & Compensation USD 1,400 a month, 25 hrs a week, part‑time. Managed via Upwork. The salary is meant to be comfortable and based on reduced working hours so you can have a fun and fulfilling life besides work. Benefits Remote work. Only 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week. Full Slack support and global team.
