What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with Product and Design leaders to develop clear hiring strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage the full lifecycle of high-priority searches, ensuring timely and efficient processes
  • Flexibly support critical roles across Product, Design, and other business areas as needed
  • Evaluate candidates deeply to identify true craft, potential, and cultural fit
  • Proactively engage diverse candidates to build inclusive and representative teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Product and/or Design within high-growth tech companies
  • Proven track record of hiring senior-level talent and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Ability to assess talent based on craft and long-term impact rather than just pedigree
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex business needs into clear hiring strategies
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience recruiting for both Product and Design domains
  • Strategic thinker with a balance of big-picture vision and execution detail
