Sr Platform Engineer - Buenos Aires (Office based/ Remote hybrid)

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain platform services (CI/CD, observability, IaC, secrets management)
  • Drive standardization through golden paths and reusable tooling
  • Own platform reliability, scalability, and automation efforts
  • Enforce security and compliance best practices via pipelines and policy-as-code
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives
  • Act as technical lead across squads for platform initiatives
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD)
  • Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP/Oracle optional)
  • Strong debugging, system design, and automation skills
  • Ability to lead through influence, not just authority
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale internal tools
  • Bonus: Certifications in Azure Architect, Kubernetes, or DevOps
