**Your role**
- Are you curious on learning more about Multi Family Offices? Do you enjoy get in touch with clients?
We are looking for an intern to:
- support to the Onboarding Processes of New Clients and EAMs (KYC, Document analysis) as well as Periodic Reviews of documentation
- execute operational routines that are essential for the relationship with the EAMs, controls and operational limits
- support the RMs relationship with the EAMs on day-to-day activities and portfolio managers on trading
- support Sales and Prospection efforts
**Your team**
- The Fund Solutions team is responsible for the whole commercial relationship with Multi-Family Offices’s (External Asset Managers) clients within UBS Brazil Private Banking. This include all processes from KYC, Onboarding, Sales, Retention and Offboarding of these clients within UBS.
**Your expertise**
We are looking for:
- strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions
- undergraduate student in administration, economics, engineering or related areas.
- expected graduation on July 2026 or later
- ideally advanced English
- dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspective
- intermediary/advanced MS Office skills
- CPA-20 or higher certifications (desirable)
