As a Trade Compliance Specialist - Product Classification, you will:
Support classification of materials with customs tariff codes (e.g., HS Codes, TARIC, HTS) in SAP GTS, for ensuring availability of the tariff codes at import/export customs clearances and hence contributing to On-Time Delivery performance
Collaborate with stakeholders such as engineering and product lines to ensure accurate tariff classifications for materials.
Prepare, validate, and maintain master datasets critical for global classification processes.
Support import duty and tariff classification analysis requests, and handle other tasks assigned to you.
Who you are
Interested global trade, motivated, open, and eager to learn new things.
A team player, while also working independently on certain tasks.
A customer-focused and innovative approach and problem-solving skills
Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
Preferably study background in, e.g., Industrial or product engineering
