**Overview of the job****Responsibilities**- Assisting the team with client requests in a timely manner;- Assisting with clients onboarding process;- Assisting with the opening/closure of bank accounts;- Handling day to day duties required for the smooth running of the clients companies;- Performing general corporate administration duties such as, maintaining company registers;- Drafting of resolutions and statutory documents;- Maintaining an organised and structured client filing system together with the corporate assistant;- Support senior staff with all matters relative to company incorporation and annual maintenance;- Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities.- Attending client meetings with senior members of the team**Requirements**:- Ideally hold a professional qualification or formal training in a relevant area of study- A good understanding of Maltese company law would be an asset though not a necessity- Some experience working within a similar role would be an asset though not a necessity- Good interpersonal skills- Flexible and can-do attitude;- Team player and willing to learn;- Excellent communication and written skills in English;- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;- Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
