This isn't a traditional recruiter job. You will own 1-3 positions in addition to the sourcing responsibilities. This role requires you to understand the recruitment process, but you will be focused on helping to source talent, maintaining positive communication, review applicant resumes and helping to ensure our funnel is strong.
**What you'll bring to the table**:
**Some details about what you'll do**:
- Create engaging messaging to communicate with prospective talent
- Stay up to date on our business, openings, and the ever-evolving technology landscape to best source, attract, and engage talent
- Ensure job postings are accurate, attractive, error free, and avoid unconsciously biased language
- Support recruiting events including pre-event logistics and post
- event communications, pipelining, and recruiting
- Schedule phone, Zoom, and in-person (once we are back in the office) interviews and meetings
- Provide tours (once we are back in the office)
- Be resourceful, help the Talent Partners with all aspects of recruiting. Be willing to jump in and help as needed.
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products
- One year of experience sourcing passive talent, talent coordination, building LinkedIn projects and/or recruiting as well as building diverse pipelines
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as they come up and support a large talent team
