As a strategic business partner, the Talent Acquisition Effectiveness Manager plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the talent acquisition space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with regional and global teams to develop strategies that leverage best practices, analyze trends, and adapt to evolving legislation.
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end talent acquisition capability building strategy, ensuring seamless deployment and ROI analysis for the Americas region or globally.
  • Lead the effective utilization of current and future talent acquisition tools and technologies, driving adoption and optimization for both regional and global operations.
  • Assess and analyze talent acquisition spend to ensure maximum ROI, recommending adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, tracking progress, and delivering results on-time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with associates and stakeholders at all levels.
