The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager, Recruiter, and TA Manager to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles.
This role is responsible for converting passive and active candidates into interested and qualified applicants for our organization's most critical positions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert active and passive pipelines of candidate targets into engaged and active candidates through targeted outreach and compelling conversations.
- Plan and conduct data-driven meetings, including intake and candidate debriefs, and make sourcing adjustments based on priorities and learnings.
- Partner with the Talent team to identify key roles that require shaping passive candidate pools, particularly for roles with smaller candidate pools.
- Listen and understand the goals of candidates and assigned hiring teams.
- Effectively screen candidates while piquing their interest in the role and our organization.
- Provide subject matter expertise, proactive communication, and rapid response to key stakeholders to demonstrate credibility and build influence.
- Help the TA and hiring team stay up-to-date on data-driven talent-related market data and employment trends.
- Leverage tools and technologies to drive effective passive candidate management and high-quality hiring results.
Requirements:
- Advanced English language proficiency is required.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or other HR-related areas.
- Experience developing and executing sourcing plans with measurable results.
- Experience building candidate pipelines for targeted roles.
- Experience engaging candidates and activating passive candidates.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (like Workday, Successfactors, or others).
- Experience in CRM is desirable.
- Experience in Microsoft Office apps is mandatory.
