Job Description

We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across the globe.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that meet the needs of our hiring managers. You will work closely with our recruitment teams to identify the best candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborating with recruitment teams to identify and select the best candidates
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor intelligence
  • Providing training and advice to hiring managers on sourcing best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean Search, OCC, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; Spanish and Portuguese are highly desirable
