O que buscamos:

Buscamos um GenAI Engineer apaixonado por construir soluções inovadoras com IA Generativa e agentes inteligentes. Você será responsável por projetar, desenvolver e implantar aplicações utilizando o Google ADK e frameworks modernos de orquestração, aplicando técnicas avançadas de engenharia de prompts para criar agentes autônomos capazes de raciocinar, planejar e executar tarefas em escala empresarial.

Requisitos e qualificações;

  • Experiência no desenvolvimento e manutenção de aplicativos Android nativos em Kotlin com arquitetura MVVM, utilizando LiveData, ViewModel, DataBinding, Coroutines e Kotlin Extensions.
  • Desenvolver aplicações com GenAI e agentes inteligentes, utilizando Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen e frameworks correlatos.
  • Projetar, construir e implantar agentes autônomos e multiagentes, com raciocínio, memória e coordenação de tarefas complexas.
  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio e técnicos em soluções escaláveis e seguras de IA Generativa.
  • Otimizar fluxos de trabalho por meio de engenharia de prompts, orquestração e integração de agentes.
  • Resolver desafios técnicos avançados em integração de modelos, comportamento de agentes e pipelines de GenAI.
  • Identificar novas oportunidades para aplicação de GenAI e agentes inteligentes, apoiando iniciativas de inovação e transformação digital.
  • Experiência prática no desenvolvimento de agentes de IA (autônomos e multiagentes), com foco em Google ADK.
  • Proficiência em modelos de IA Generativa (ex:
    Gemini, GPT, Claude), incluindo engenharia de prompts, few-shot prompting e fine-tuning.
  • Sólido conhecimento em Google Cloud Platform (GCP), incluindo Vertex AI, Model Garden, Generative AI App Builder e Agent Engine.
  • Forte domínio em Python e bibliotecas de IA/ML (ex:
    transformers, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, ADK SDK).
  • Experiência em bancos de dados vetoriais, pipelines RAG e sistemas de gestão do conhecimento.
  • Capacidade de comunicar conceitos complexos de IA para públicos técnicos e executivos.
