We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software and AI/ML engineering experience, with a strong background in Python and expertise in Golang, Node.js, or Java.

This role combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills, ensuring the client's agentic systems are not only functional but scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ai Systems Development: Architect, fine-tune, and deploy Ai agents purpose-built for utility use cases
  • Back-End Integration: Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly connect Ai models with enterprise systems
  • Pipeline Ownership: Design and manage the complete Ai pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, and continuous deployment
  • Ai Risk Mitigation: Address vulnerabilities unique to Ai, such as model drift, bias exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data specialists, and security teams to integrate Ai capabilities into the broader client OS

Requirements include:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and either Golang, Node.js, or Java
  • Expertise with ML/LLM frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain
  • Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and modern MLOps practices
  • Track record of deploying Ai services in production
  • Strong grounding in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
