Job Title Commercial Specialist - Utility Storage As a commercial specialist, you will be working in the utility storage sector, providing support to sales managers across the LAC region. Main Responsibilities: Support sales teams in preparing commercial offers for energy storage systems, focusing on large-scale tenders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful proposal development. Maintain an accurate LAC sales pipeline with timely forecasting and CRM updates. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform pricing and value positioning. Prepare commercial documentation, including pricing files and executive summaries. Track tender requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of complete proposals. Schedule event participation: tradeshows, roadshows, and commercial workshops with clients. Develop and maintain standardized checklists and project pipelines to monitor market movements. Prioritize Requests for Clarifications (RFCs) and submit them to clients during tender stages. Review and distribute client documents (RFP/specifications) to relevant internal teams and follow up. Manage document version control effectively. Maintain a repository of historical proposals, pricing benchmarks, and lessons learned for future bids.
