Node Backend Developer at BairesDev

Overview

Being a Node Backend Developer in our Development Team means solving complex problems with experience, knowledge, and independence. We value innovation and a mastery of your tech stack, particularly Node.js.

Responsibilities
  • Architect Bandit backend systems using best practices.
  • Implement and iterate features in a tactical, rapid manner.
  • Collaborate across functional teams in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment.
  • Design, extend, and implement APIs.
  • Maintain a high standard of engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
  • Create engineering efficiencies through automation and tooling development.
  • Define engineering processes for product launches and releases.
  • Help grow the world-class engineering team by conducting technical interviews.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Node.js.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with microservices and the cloud.
  • Advanced algorithm knowledge.
  • IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
  • Design patterns knowledge.
  • Experience developing entire applications from scratch.
  • Experience in automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with version control.
  • Advanced English level.
