You’ll manage client campaigns, track key metrics in Power BI, and ensure every customer achieves measurable success with our platform.This is afully remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.Fluent English—both written and spoken—is essential.Responsibilities: Manage customer campaigns for B2B and B2B2C clients. Track and report customer success metrics and ROI using Power BI or similar tools. Translate client needs into actionable technical requirements for the product team. Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Lead client meetings, prepare performance reports, and communicate insights. Investigate issues and act as the voice of the customer to improve product and process.Requirements: 2–4 years in customer success, analytics, or operations (preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or recruiting). Strong proficiency in Power BI (or other data visualization tools). You’re comfortable using AI tools to supercharge your daily work. Exceptional communication and client management skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Fluent English is required.
