Software Engineer

We are seeking a Camunda Developer to join our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient systems.

• Design, develop, and implement process workflows using Camunda BPM
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical workflows
• Develop integrations between Camunda and other enterprise applications
• Write and optimize Java-based services supporting BPM workflows
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of workflow solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

• Strong experience in Camunda BPM development and customization
• Knowledge of BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
• Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs and messaging systems
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of microservices architectures
• Background in financial services or fintech
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
