- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in people management in a technical environment.
Google's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. Responsibilities- Guide and mentor a group of engineers working on critical projects like AI integrations and performance.
- Develop solutions that enhance the survey tool's capabilities and security.
- Improve latency and reliability on back-ends that affect Search Engineers experience.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and roles to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Communicate progress, manage expectations, and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Influence how Search engineers gather information and make decisions.
