Senior Service Designer

- Completed degree (various courses);
- Solid experience in UX Research, Service Design or related areas;
- Experience with behavioral data analysis;
- Experience with conversational design, AI platforms and LLMs;
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro and chatbot platforms;
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
- Knowledge in UX Writing and conversational communication;
- Notions of natural language processing (NLP);
- Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders;
- Strategic vision, systemic thinking and autonomous action;
- Collaborative, adaptable and results-focused profile.
We would love it if you have:
- Experience in fintechs or financial products;
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI.
A little bit of your day to day life with us:
- Map complete user journeys with conversational AI;
- Define AI purpose, boundaries, and behavior;
- Analyze real conversations to identify improvements;
- Transform data into actionable insights;
- Create responses aligned with the brand’s language and tone;
- Develop prompt frameworks;
- Conduct research to map journeys and identify pain points and opportunities in interacting with AI.;
- Test and adjust model with a focus on activation and conversion;
- Conduct workshops and co-creations with the team;
- Translate research into roadmap recommendations.
Working model:
- Hybrid (Fortaleza/CE and metropolitan region, São Paulo/SP);
- Remote (Other regions).
