Requirements

  • Completed degree (various courses);
  • Solid experience in UX Research, Service Design or related areas;
  • Experience with behavioral data analysis;
  • Experience with conversational design, AI platforms and LLMs;
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro and chatbot platforms;
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
  • Knowledge in UX Writing and conversational communication;
  • Notions of natural language processing (NLP);
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders;
  • Strategic vision, systemic thinking and autonomous action;
  • Collaborative, adaptable and results-focused profile.

We would love it if you have:

  • Experience in fintechs or financial products;
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI.

A little bit of your day to day life with us:

  • Map complete user journeys with conversational AI;
  • Define AI purpose, boundaries, and behavior;
  • Analyze real conversations to identify improvements;
  • Transform data into actionable insights;
  • Create responses aligned with the brand’s language and tone;
  • Develop prompt frameworks;
  • Conduct research to map journeys and identify pain points and opportunities in interacting with AI.;
  • Test and adjust model with a focus on activation and conversion;
  • Conduct workshops and co-creations with the team;
  • Translate research into roadmap recommendations.

Working model:

  • Hybrid (Fortaleza/CE and metropolitan region, São Paulo/SP);
  • Remote (Other regions).
