**About us**

**Paradigm** **Senior Services** goal is simple - to simplify and streamline operations for home care providers, so that they can focus their efforts on the people (seniors, veterans and others).

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Miami, FL, they assist these providers in streamlining operations, automating billing, diversifying payer lines, and expanding businesses.

(Home care includes any professional support services that allow a person to live safely in their home. For example, in-home care services can help someone who is aging and needs assistance to live independently.)

**Our proposal**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
- Ensure the user interface is consistent, intuitive, and accessible across different platforms and devices
- Mentor and guide junior designers on the team

**Skills and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in user research, usability testing, strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of best practices for user interface design, including responsive design and accessibility
- Excellent understanding of Angular framework and related technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions to non-designers
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior designers on the team
- Experience designing for mobile devices and an understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices.
