Desenvolvedor de Negócios Você atua como recepcionista bilíngue em nosso hotel, garantindo a experiência do hóspede seja excelente. Com habilidades avançadas em inglês, você é responsável por: Receber e despedir hóspedes, bem como processar pagamentos e emitir recibos. Fornecer um atendimento personalizado aos hóspedes, respondendo a perguntas e atendendo solicitações. Monitorar as áreas comuns do hotel, garantindo a segurança dos hóspedes e da propriedade. Mantener registros precisos de atividades durante o turno, incluindo registros de hóspedes e transações financeiras. Gerenciar solicitações de serviço de quarto e garantir que os pedidos sejam entregues de maneira eficiente. Experiências Anteriores: Experiência prévia como recepcionista. Inglês avançado. Atividades Diárias: Atender aos hóspedes através de phone, WhatsApp ou outros canais. Responsabilizar-se pela gestão das reservas, atualizando sistemas de reserva e enviando comunicações para os clientes. Executar outras tarefas necessárias à manutenção das operações do hotel. Necessitamos de: Habilidade técnica superior em tradução e interpretação. Prazo especial dedicado ao trabalho nos dias 5x2.
