Support Engineer Desired Skills:
  1. Strong investigative skills for troubleshooting and solving complex issues.
  2. Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
  3. Ability to write, run, and modify Python scripts.
  4. Ability to maintain and refine our infrastructure and codebase.
  5. Ability to contribute to QA and feature feedback.
