Job Overview As a Program Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Agile teams. Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate major ART events, ensuring seamless program-level cadence. Main Responsibilities: Create and maintain schedules for ART events, guaranteeing timely execution. Foster collaboration and problem-solving among teams, promoting lean-agile principles. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Cultivate effective stakeholder communication, aligning business strategy with technical execution. Risk & Impediment Management: IDentify, track, and resolve impediments and risks in a timely manner. Elevate critical issues to leadership when necessary. Flow & Value Optimization: Optimize value flow across the ART by streamlining dependencies and managing architectural runway. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in Agile project management or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
