Agile Project Coordinator

Job Overview As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies with purpose and discipline. You will remove impediments swiftly and coach teams in principles of collaboration and self-organization. You will act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Guide teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery to meet business objectives. Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog for successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Coach teams in Agile principles and best practices Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow Act as a liaison between teams, stakeholders, and leadership Guide teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master role Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to facilitate team meetings and workshops Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Why Choose Us?
