Agentic Python Engineer - Remote - Latin America Join FullStack Labs as a remote, agentic Python Engineer working with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development work. The Opportunity Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional software development experience. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required. Proven experience working with Python and Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI. Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems. Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI‑generated code, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows. Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Experience creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. Extreme ownership over your work. Alignment with FullStack’s client goals.
