What You’ll Do
  • Work in partnership with line managers and senior leaders, providing advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees; look for opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, Global Business Services and line managers to facilitate onboarding and manage induction from Day 1 onwards.
  • Support ongoing performance management and career development with management teams and employees.
  • Ensure a positive pay-day experience each month and provide guidance during the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage offboarding respectfully and conduct exit interviews to learn how to improve the working environment.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or junior HR advisory role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment legislation and its practical application.
  • Commercially savvy with an understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Solutions-oriented with a track record of delivering results on complex HR matters.
  • Experience with HR analytics and interpreting data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience managing monthly payroll inputs to ensure a positive pay day experience.
  • Experience in an international or multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Organised with strong attention to detail; fluent in English and Portuguese.
