Team Introduction
The Brazil Global Business Solutions team is responsible for educating, inspiring and building relationships with large customers and mainly Agencies in the region. In this role you will participate in a program that exposes you to TikTok's business operations, connects you with interns and TikTokers, and invests in your personal and professional development. You may pick up new technical skills, while also building a relationship with a 1:1 mentor.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help with organizing and supporting key strategic projects in partnership with Agency Pod Leads and PMO (Project Manager Operations).
- Support facilities and operations of our main agency events, programs and external/internal trainings.
- Support and organize our internal mailing strategies and 1:many initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage opportunities for the agency team.
- Contribute with insights into the sales pitch.
- Create weekly vertical, creative insights and news for agencies together with Creative Agency Partners.
- Help on one-sheeter customization and deliver small trainings (ie: small TikTok Days) for Agencies.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: applicants must be enrolled in their studies for the entire internship duration.
- Must complete the internship in São Paulo, including in-office attendance.
- Project management experience and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate, innovate and implement ideas
- Ability to communicate internally with stakeholders and capable to deliver trainings /webinars to small/medium audiences (onsite/online).
- Demonstrated interest in digital and TikTok's ad solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong social communication.
