**Minimum qualifications**:
- 6 years of experience managing the development of technical solutions (i.e., SaaS sales, IaaS sales, PaaS sales) or go-to-market strategies and implementation within the solutions team.
- 6 years of experience with customer-facing in the enterprise space, translating customer needs into solutions.
- Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in strategy and business development.
- Experience working with teams in an ambiguity and highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem solving skills.
**About the job**:
As the Solutions Go-to-Market Expert, you'll help to create an outlook and set a go-to-market strategy for the LATAM region. You will develop and incubate new solution initiatives and provide input on the materials to support them with a broad cross-functional group of stakeholders, to define a go-to-market strategy to meet the adoption, business generation, and growth goals at Google Cloud.
- In this role, you will also showcase thought leadership by identifying and parsing industry trends in cloud computing as well as customer and customer engineering feedback to recommend, plan for, and address core market opportunities. You will ensure technical and commercial readiness of these solutions, including assets to enable the go-to-market teams, and provide field feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help shape product direction.

- Drive and support sales execution for solutions offerings, track offerings performance, and develop initiatives to improve GTM performance.
