Job Description The Benefits Specialist LATAM supports the Total Rewards COE for Latin America by managing regional benefits analytics, governance, and projects. The role consolidates and analyzes data from multiple countries to provide visibility on cost and utilization; maintains, updates, and harmonizes regional benefits policies and employee materials; and supports the design and implementation of the regional benefits platform and well‑being framework. This position plays a key part in ensuring consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement in benefits management across the region. Key Job Responsibilities Benefits Data & Analysis – Consolidate and analyze regional benefits information, providing visibility on cost, utilization, and trends to support decisions and continuous improvement. Policies & Governance – Manage the maintenance, review, and harmonization of regional benefits policies and employee materials, ensuring alignment and consistency across countries. Projects & Frameworks – Support the development and implementation of the regional benefits platform and well‑being framework, contributing to system configuration, process design, and overall employee experience improvement. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subsidiaries, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure governance and operational excellence across the region. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Human Resources, or related areas. Experience in Benefits analysis, strategy and consolidation, in LATAM countries. Advanced Excel Skills. Advanced English Skills. Advanced Spanish Skills will be considered a plus.
