- As the Head of Global Benefits Latin America (LATAM), you will coordinate Global Benefits activities in the region, including the development and management of innovative, high value, best-in-class solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise for our multinational clients.
- In partnership with the Enterprise Client Group, the organization of the CCO across all countries and the Health Solutions team, you will drive the expansion of our multinational client base as well as create other sales opportunities to support profitable growth of our revenue base in LATAM.
As a region lead for Global Benefits, this role will report into the Head of Health Solutions, Latin America, and to our Head of Global Benefits, and sit on the Global Benefits leadership team.

**What the day will look like**
- As a Head of Global Benefits, Latin America, you will support with the achievement of team goals by:
- Developing and completing the Global Benefits strategy and global vision.- Overall responsibility for the LATAM Global Benefits portfolio, including total revenue for the fiscal year, driving and supporting business development activity.- Drive collaboration between the Global Benefits team and LATAM Health Solutions.- In partnership with the Multinational Hub (CCO LATAM), sets the overall direction and goals, including the identification of market, client and solution development opportunities, taking into account the Health/Global Benefits strategies of Aon both locally and globally.- Delivering agreed revenue and margin targets on an annual basis.- Ensure that we have the operational metrics in place to accurately forecast for the business, to identify what is effective and what needs improvement in terms of process, proposition, and people.- Collaborates with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure clients receive solutions that exceed and meet their needs.- Works with the ABS organization to optimize our client delivery through efficient process and appropriate system usage.- Proactively builds strategic external partnerships and brings to bear relationships to fulfil client needs.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**- Bachelor's degree.- Extensive experience in international benefits, HR consulting, professional services and/or experience in the (Global) insurance market/employee benefits insurance market.- Expertise and knowledge in wellbeing, DE&I and ESG.- Expertise in Global Benefits.- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.- Experience with multinational pooling, global underwriting, and EB captives, is desirable.
