**Role Summary**:
As the Strategy Manager for Klick Health in Brazil, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our clients' brands in the Brazilian market. You'll contribute your local market knowledge and insights to the development of brand strategies and capabilities, working closely with the SVP, Unified Strategy Enablement and Experience Lead.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize Klick's proprietary frameworks and strategic processes to deliver differentiated, value-added strategic work.
- Collaborate with other craft leads to provide leadership in business development efforts.
- Develop and adapt brand building templates and frameworks to meet client needs.
- Form deep relationships with clients and internal teams including Creative, Medical, Client Services, and Project Management.
- Stay connected with global strategy leaders—participating in Klick global strategy meetings and worldwide strategy sessions.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing for the team.
- Contribute to the development and management of scopes of work and staffing plans.
- Help adapt Klick's culture to the local culture in Brazil.
- Use regional contacts to help grow relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
- University Degree, focus in Business, Science, Behavioral Science, or Anthropology.
- 5+ Years Brand Strategy Experience.
- Broad range of therapeutic area expertise across both consumer and HCP audiences.
- Superior client presentation & facilitation skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
- Strong leadership ability with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to see the big picture and know how to influence it with the smallest details.
- Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
