**About the Role**:The Consumer Identity team is seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead the session management space across Uber**What You’ll Do**:- Distill vision and strategy to get all members of the cross-functional team aligned and deliver product features against team and company goals.- Drive innovation, planning (roadmap) and design of entirely new Uber products while helping build sophisticated identity solutions and scalable distributed systems to enable Uber to grow its business globally- Empower cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, analysts, operations, etc.) to funnel bold and creative energy into concrete products and execution plans.- Monitor and measure launched products and feed takeaways back into the product development process.- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results to a spectrum of audiences including executives, product teams and others across Uber.**What You’ll Need**:- Experience delivering highly successful products in engineering, product management and data analytics within a tech company.- Outstanding track record of working with engineering, analytics and design teams using data and analytical abilities to help solve problems and make decisions.- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with a confirmed ability to influence and develop deep customer emotional intelligence.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Understanding of ML based risk modeling.- Strong customer appreciation and the faculty to blend user research with data to build a prioritized product roadmap.- Passion for Uber's mission and the company's hybrid technology & operations nature.- Experience in consumer apps and identity.- Strong technical proficiency and comfort in discussing technology concepts.- Outstanding communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners.Uber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
