Overview Delivery Associates (DA) is a global social impact consultancy specializing in transforming the public sector. With over a decade of experience and a foundation in Deliverology, DA guides leaders through every phase of implementation—delivery-oriented strategy formulation, execution, and evaluation. DA partners with governments, philanthropies, and international organizations, employing actionable strategies to achieve sustainable, lasting outcomes. We are a small but global remote organization focused on scaling impact around the world. We believe our work is only possible through a commitment to honoring and centering a diverse range of people, experiences, and ideas, and fostering an environment that is inclusive, equitable, and empowering. A diverse team of individuals that can bring their whole self to work will perform better, help us to be stronger partners, and allow us to drive more equitable impact for people around the world. Job Description We are currently seeking a Project Leader to join our growing consulting team in Latin America (based in Brazil). DA Project Leaders are senior professional services managers, simultaneously leading multiple projects or major workstreams, responsible for shaping the work we do and end-to-end management. In this role, you’ll work across a range of contexts - directly with community nonprofits and within their local ecosystems, collaborating with federal, state and local level governments for policy implementation, as well as working with large national on-profit or funder initiatives driving policy outcomes, partnering with them to design, shape, and scope impactful initiatives and interventions. You’ll support programs, policies, and initiatives that span outcomes in a vast array of areas, ranging from climate / environment to education to public health. We are strongly interested in candidates with proven experience and expertise in key sectors for our Latin America team, which includes: a) use of AI for public sector; b) climate and environment. Design stakeholder reporting: Develop client reports, dashboards, and communication materials, transforming complex challenges and resolutions into clear, concise memos and well-structured presentations. Support practice and domain development: Participate in and lead internal initiatives and contribute to the organization and the growth of our work, as well as to advance our subject matter expertise and internal IP within and across our practices. Core Competencies We work well with people who demonstrate the following competencies: Stakeholder management: ability to develop and sustain senior relationships end to end. Building DA: a commitment to growing and developing the firm, including business development, recruiting, IP development and living our values. Mindsets We work closely in diverse, global teams, leaning on each other’s strengths. We don’t expect any one person to be all things nor do we operate in silos. Our teams are made up of leaders who are: Adaptable: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Analytical: Skilled in dissecting and solving complex problems.
