**What you'll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Ariba Technical Customer Support
**Location**:São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)
As an intern in the SAP Ariba Procurement Support team, you will support the Procure-to-Order (P2O) process by assisting with the configuration and integration of procurement workflows. You'll help streamline requisitioning, ordering, and invoicing activities, contributing to the efficiency and digitalization of procurement operations.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and resolve customer-reported issues using knowledge databases and by verifying configuration settings.
- Perform root cause analysis of reported problems.
- Create and maintain knowledge documentation; contribute to knowledge sharing and community forums.
- Collaborate with other SAP support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in projects related to support processes, infrastructure, and quality assurance.
- Escalate issues to development teams when product bugs or gaps are identified.
- Provide procedural consulting to customers.

**Meet your team**
The SAP Procurement Customer Support team is dedicated to resolving customer inquiries and issues related to SAP Ariba Cloud Procurement Solutions. We work closely with global customers to ensure a seamless procurement experience, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous support across the Procure-to-Order lifecycle.
